Solar Air-Conditioning & Electrical Services P-L - 3024 Ubi Rd 3

I bought aircon from and also hired Solar for my office and home in the past 6 years. Recently recommended them to a friend whom they took on the job but had no technical knowledge to handle the brand and just brush it off as cannot be fixed, need to buy new aircon and the attending technician broke the casing. I’ve called , text the owner & staff to address this issue and he has chosen to stay silent , not respond and kept the service fee of $70. Update : 26 Oct Another aircon supplier came to check the aircon and could repair it for under $500, it’s been repaired. Meantime, solar stayed silent on the whole issue. A week or so later, they followed up with me on my business contract which I asked to cancel. They are so unprofessional, they ask me to pay for my business contract before they will refund my friend’s payment. Later, change their mind and told me we have to pay for the checking fee regardless. If anyone like to pay a supplier who may not have the expertise and thereafter not be responsible, then continue to try their service. For me, I am out, it was unfortunate that I had entrust in them. technicians are good but staff handling bookings may lie about booking times so be prepared to wait its like a box of chocolates...
