★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very anxious cos we needed an oxygen concentrator (DeVilbiss) urgently for my dad and Doloritas from Somnotec was most helpful. She was also knowledgeable about the product and provided awesome customer service. Doloritas arranged for the concentrator to be delivered 6 hrs after I first made contact with her in the morning, and not only personally escorted it so that she could explain its usage and safety precautions to my parents directly, but also drew out instructions for our future reference. At a price that is comparable to other sellers, Somnotec also provides a 1-year warranty, 24hr on-site service support (within 2 hours) and a loaner unit during repairs. So thankful and blessed that Doloritas went that extra mile, to help us so quickly and efficiently, that I felt I had to leave a review!
