Horrible quality and service. Glass kettle can't turn on within a few months. After that glass cracked by itself without any knocking or dropping while boiling. Mind you, this is less than a year since purchase. Warranty rejected despite this being manufacturer defect. Waste time waste money. Don't bother with sona brand products!!!

Bought the electric kettle SCK5013 on 23 April, less than 1 month the power light was down. Although it was covered by 2 years warranty, but you can't excuse yourself from the responsibility of not doing quality check on your product before putting up on the sale floor. 1 to 1 exchange for faulty product break down within a month? NO!! I was ' advised' to bring the faulty kettle to the service center for repair. Mind you, do you know you are wasting my time and money to send the kettle down. I have to spend 4 trips to send and collect the kettle for repair. Poor quality product and unprofessional after sale service!! Hey, is this what you can offer? Disappointed with this local brand.

Their product is lousy please don't buy this brand although the price is cheap as their service is lousy too.I have been sent the item down to repair but still having issue (I tested ok before I collected but once reach home the issue came back again) so I requested to send by grab again (But they insisted to use the original repair sheet to collect the product later which require the grab driver to send me back the sheet?. So troublesome....their product keep having issue and they are not able to repair it! The cost of the item only 100 Plus but I need to go down many times to send and collect the item and also take quite long for them to repair ?. What a terrible brand and service

I called in beforehand to enquire about the item that I wanted and the customer service personnel said it's instock. Very happy about that fact and also, she mentioned about the place going to relocate by this week/next week. Came in to SONA svc centre and the transaction was swift. Cons: Customers have to personally come down to make purchase and have to pay by cash only.

Bought 2 fans with remote control with 2 years warranty.. but 2, 3 months later one of the fans is very noisy even at no. 1? Then about 4 moths + ,, the fan automatically stop and not functioning at all. What a lousy brand..? Paid $50+ for eachโ€ฆ

Bought a sona electric water kettle from a reputed merchant Courts singapore the new product spoilt within couple of months, ask to service they say would charge me, although I have the warranty card I need to find the receipt, the product is not recommended. There is no followup although customer service mentioned will call me. Please refer to all genuine comments about the quality of your product and if you are offering warranty please fufill, the entire singapore can find your product reviews here and with abit of googling. Please be ethical la do business here unethically sell a poor QC-ed product yet wants to charge me for your repair of the lousy product
