I am very satisfied with his service at the Repair centre. I am a regular customers of yours and i bought a Quatro V from him. Thank You. Keep it up!

Even if bass for their equipment is pretty basic, but still good for private music-listening! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! Friend bought their Earpump TWS 12 ANC (latest earpump model) as a Birthday gift to me but right earpiece is faulty! Totally unable to use! In the end, I ask my maid to bring the entire box for repair at their center. They say no receipt can't repair. Seriously this is their latest earpump model and has 1 year warranty, they shouldnt even charge me money and should try to repair it. This is new, just open. Sell faulty item at $89.90 and not even feel sorry for selling them.
Then they tell me I have to purchase the right earpiece at $30 (originally over the phone tell me its $25). And when my maid come back, I realised they forgot to return my wire connector back to me. My gosh!! Seriously disappointed. First time use their product and experience this type of service. Better don't buy this brand.
