★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Soon Bee Huat at T-space Tampines recently to choose our tiles for our new house. Felt comfortable going around and around trying to choose the right ones. Was even made easier was this particular salesperson, Esther. She was full of patience and joyful attending to our enquiries. And it's also because of Esther that a problem from SBH in Toh Guan (the salesperson at Toh Guan kept saying no stocks for whichever tiles we chose ?) was rectified. SBH Tampines truely has a gem. She should be rewarded accordingly.

Before I buy - shown the showroom tiles -
After I buy - Delivered DEFECTIVE Tiles.
After I Complaint - "Pattern of marble varies from batch to batch, we can't possibly display all out"
Does this mean show all the good tiles and delivered all the bad tiles to you?
IMPORTANTLY for this sharing - IF you want a peace of mind knowing that you will get what you paid for - avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was brought to SBH showroom at Toh Guan by contractor. Indeed, big showroom with wide range of tiles! What stood out for me was the knowledgeable staff. On our second visit, the staff recommended another floor tile for easier maintenance. Eventually, I made a visit on my own (4th) without contractor to relook at the tiles. A staff, Han Wei, came to help me after I requested. He was very knowledgeable, most helpful and patient. Even explained to me the different types after knowing my budget and requirements. My final selection was what he recommended. This was after my 4th visit. Better selection than my contractor! I appreciare his good service. Ms Tan April 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toh Guan has a wide selection of ornamental / decorative tiles. It was easy to find the tiles we needed at good prices, selections are wide and tiles are mainly from Italy, Turkey, Spain, Malaysia and China. We are v blessed by Mr Anand who is obviously v experienced, patient and was able to make fantastic recommendations. We highly recommend SBH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it’s due to COVID manpower shortage or not but while their front line staff (Cherlyn - excellent customer service!) is prompt and dutiful, there always seemed to be issues getting formal quotations from their fabricator. I had to wait almost 3
weeks for a preliminary quotation.
During the marble installation they chipped my brand new induction hob, but as I only found out several days later, I decided not to pursue the matter. Workmanship was otherwise good.
Would I engage them again? Possibly (very competitive prices), but with caution. Note that they insist on full payment prior to installation which means that you have no leverage on your end if anything goes wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of products for your home needs. Reasonable price. Staff is knowledgeable and know where are products at despite such a large showroom. Strongly recommended for anyone wanting to renovate their home. There is a small little garden at the back with a small pond.
