on hot days, the place is scorching hot, do not have ample parking, so please walk there or take a shuttle bus.
Staff at Drink stall are very discourteous, do not ask any questions or you will get a good scolding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kway chap here is reasonably priced and very nice! As it's located in the industrial estate, I would suggest going there early, before the lunch crowd descends on the coffee shop.
We ordered a mixed plate for 1 person, and a plate of pig's intestine for 2 pax. Then we ordered a second plate of intestines for 2 pax. With 3 hearty bowls of kway chap, it costs less than $16.
There's also a small parking lot in front of the coffee shop, or you can also park at any of the buildings nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch time, Muslim Food, Shilaz kitchen attracts loooonnngggg queue. Next to it is a Bak Kut Teh stall, I was warned, the braised pork knuckle is addictive if you like the layer of succulent and springy skin. I decided to give it a try !!! Gosh, it is nice and.... Cheap !!! $4.30, I asked for half a bowl of rice, price as at 14 Jan 2022. See the photo yourself. I had a plate of hor fan on the evening of 17 Jan, taste good too.. $4, a bit char and slight wok hei, I like it, not complaining.
There is also a Penang curry rice and chee cheong fun but sold out in the evening. There is also a Sichuan food stall.. I will try them the next time.
