★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up in the east believing that satay bee hoon and cuttle fish kang kong are synonymous with Lagoon food center. Maybe my memory is failing me, but this is not quite what I thought my parents/ uncles/ aunts loved at Lagoon from yesteryears. It's just a tad boring, or maybe our taste buds have evolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s really really bad. Not even considered decent satay sauce. I wonder if the stall owner has tried other satay beehoon around the area. The satay taste is totally off. Check out the satay beehoon at Bedok central hawker stall that sells curry noodles as well. Sometimes I don’t understand why stall owner doesn’t take pride in cooking yummy delicious food for ppl and have repeated customers instead of one time is enough. I wouldn’t want to give it a chance for another try.

Quiet unexpected with the taste and quality. Sauce is very sweet. I noticed the staff owner added lots of sugar while stirring the pot of sauce. The liver and cockle wasn't fresh. Will give a miss. Noticed very low number of reviews.
