β β β β β Betrayed my trust for them, went there to change 2 tyres, I have been there a few times so I just left them to do the work, my bad for being too trusting. My vehicle went in with 4 tyres of the same brand and model, came out with 2 tyres of one model and 2 other tyres of a different model, this is really shocking, I have never encountered a workshop that did this kind of nonsense before. If you shop there, do scrutinize everything and keep your eyes open.

β β β β β Called owner regarding a replacement of Michelin tires
Friendly response and good recommendation of alternative and slightly better tires....was looking for Michelin XM2 and settled for Primacy...supposedly better ride with lesser road noise and better wet grip
Can attest to the more comfortable ride and lesser road noise aftee trying for 1week
Workers were diligent to replace the tires in less than 30mins as feedback from other reviewers
Will remember to go to this shop for tire related problems

β β β β β It's living on past reputation, I have been there over the years, main advantage is the prices for tyres are usually quite competitive. The experience has been getting worse over time, the uncle owner will try to BS you sometimes. The tall and big size mechanic is ok, the stocky mechanic is ok, the skinny mechanic will recommend unnecessary repairs. Another customer I met there told me some of the regular customers are running away, initially I just laughed it off, in hindsight it seems that there is some truth to it.

β β β β β It all started badly and ended with a broken tyre sensor that I had to replace the sensor with AD. First, I was told that it may bring my car for 2 x tyres replacement and wheel alignment at 9am and the car will be ready in 50mins. The charges will be $500. However I was then told that the wheel alignment will only happen at 10am. I picked up my car at 1030am. The staff attempted to charge me 520 SGD which I refused. And of course, a broken sensor. They made me waited for another hour, claiming to 'fix' the problem for me, with 3 different persons coming to me, telling me that the system was spoiled from the start shows an elaborated effort to cover up their mistake.
So I met with a poorly organized workshop (they wasted my time waiting for wheel alignment) with dishonest staff (one who attempted to over-charge me) and lousy technical expertise (spoiled tyre sensor). And let's not forget that they were insisting that the sensor was broken from the start at THE END of my tyres replacement

β β β β β Very efficient. Called to inquire regarding patching a nail that struck the tire, told to bring the car down and the work was done in 5 minutes ($10). Kudos to the boss and his workers

β β β β β The much feared deflation warning lit up on Saturday night. Thankfully Soon Just is open half day on Sunday. Drive over, 5 minutes and 10 dollars later, I am back on the road.
