On both occasions, Sales staff Kent and customer service staff Jessie were prompt in their response and very helpful on our enquiries and booking of dates. Moving staff Terence and his local team were punctual, polite and friendly. They were experienced and professional in moving our furniture and other items orderly with care. The supervisor and workers were so dedicated with their work and did it with a breeze moving out all my household stuff and move it back into my new house In less than 3 hours. Dismantling a bed set and a 75 inches TV and other stuff nicely packed with 75 boxes being transported without a scratched. Appreciate all staff from admin (Jessie Lim), the surveyor, supervisor (Jerry & Ryan) and all 4/5 workers, a very big thanks to all of you. Great team work moving thing in and out our home and treasure all my stuff with care and respect. They all were polite, friendly & transparent. I cannot write so much to express my sincere gratitude to all and my blessing to you all. I wish I should have take a video with all you guys in action. They take care of my items while moving, and yet still work fast. I can tell they are very experienced from their efficient and fast moving process. When I wanted to move office this time, Soon Seng immediately came to mind again and the move process was very fast, seamless, easy and my items again well taken care of. Team of movers were extremely focused when on site to pack my cartons onto trolleys. 51 cartons with some loose furniture -- job completed within 60 mins. When returning the cartons, the guys carried each carton into my house as i had new wooden flooring. Again, job completed within 45mins...Awesome! Very efficient. Great customer service from Jessie - without her follow-up and initiative, I would not have been able to change to a more appropriate date to return. I would highly recommend Soon Seng if anyone is looking for movers. They are very professional!!! ONCE AGAIN. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO THE TEAM.

Mover team on the actual day arrived punctually, was united and they were knowledgeable on proper handling of items as well as placement of items accordingly in the new house. I had musical instruments and delicate items. All were well transported and nothing was lost. Gentle handling! This is the best thus far out of many mover services I had encountered previously.

As we needed moving services in less than 2 weeks, Soon Seng was able to accommodate us. Customer service was prompt in answering our queries and did their best to arrange for site survey ASAP. On the day of move (29th March), John and his team assisted us in our move to 2 locations. They were highly efficient and professional. John and his team were also very patient with us as this was our first time moving and we had quite a few items that were not packed properly. Will be using their moving services again when we move back to our home and will again request specifically for John and his team if they are available. Note that Soon Seng provides storage services as well, and I am told by their sales surveyor that their prices for storage services are competitive. It is a shame that we have paid for storage services with another vendor prior to contacting and engaging Soon Seng.

They provided sufficient manpower and lorries to ensure everything could be done in 1 move. Moving process was efficient and movers were careful and patient. Super impressed with them. The moving team arrived on time, started by going through how the move was planned & timeline for the day. They were all incredibly efficient, organized & skilled at handling all objects correctly. They wasted no time & were available for any possible questions. I was impressed by the gentle handling of out household. We have relocated countless times & this company is the best so far of many relocation services we have used in the past.
