★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some of the dri-fit and cotton polos from Qoo10 and came here to do a size exchange. Their shirts (of different kinds that I bought) are generally larger than the norm and quality is good for the price. However, if you need to do a 1-to-1 exchange, it is pretty challenging to reach their office if you didn’t drive because the walk is a distance away from the nearest MRT in the hot sun and their office unit is at a secluded end of the row, on the second floor of the carpark. It can seem a little shady because of the lack of lights. The staff who attended to me was pleasant though the rest seem to be busy at work. There’s a showroom here as well, next door. No one’s manning it, so you’ve got to inform the office staff of your presence when you arrive.
