Had this contractor for our Home Improvement Program for 2 toilets and main gates under HDB, but the quality of the work done was very poor and a disappointment: - Holes in floors not patch up, ants ended up crawling up from the holes. - Cement not filled properly in between tiles, there were holes in tiles - Painting of pipes done without covering up toilet accessories, and when paint dripped on the accessories and tiles, a proper clean up of the paint stains was not done. - Marker stains used to draw the position of toilet accessories not wiped off properly - The gum for the pipes dripped onto one of the toilet's new door, worker did not clean up resulting in the gum being stuck on the door. The worker was unable to remove the gum from the door. Both toilets' doors had scratches, black spots, and dried gum and did not look new at all - Main gate painting was not done properly in a straight line, painting was done crooked in an unprofessional manner An appointment was made with the supervisor to rectify these however the supervisor did not turn up.

Soon Thong Construction was the contractor hired for the HIP (Home Improvement Programme) in our precinct. They were responsible for the installation of two bathrooms, doors, grill gate and rubbish chute for my sister's flat recently. Quality of work: Good. Work Attitude: Thumbs up! The workers were helpful, pleasant, polite and punctual. As for the supervisors, they were responsive and responsible. The staff members at the information centre were also responsive. Professionalism: There were minor rectifications to be made, and the workers made them. :) Summary: My sis and I are delighted with our beautiful new bathrooms, door, gate and rubbish chute.
