★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. Waited extremely long for the parcel. Someone was home and yet we did not receive the parcel. Did not bother calling the mobile provided and just decided to say customer not in and sent package back to warehouse. Called them up to ask for redelivery and declined the request of delivering today and replied with "if you want to get it today you can come to changi and get it yourself." FURIOUS and EXTREMELY disgusted with this company!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every parcel Takes more then a week to deliver. And driver doesn’t call before delivery. I called up to ask about my delivery since its over 48hours since i received the message. They claim there is noone in the office? When the delivery address is to a shop base thats open 10hours a day? Requested if i can go collect at the warehouse instead since i needed my goods urgently. Agreed to make arrangements for me and when i arrived at the warehouse, the parcel was with driver. Company departments not working together. I went to their warehouse at changi for nothing. And had to go to commonwealth at driver’s convenience to pick up my parcel from him.
