T	Tero Sandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the China ladies did my eyelashes horribly that the extension lashes hurt my eyes so much to the point I was constantly tearing up. She attached the extensions onto the eyelids directly which it shouldn't be done that way at all. They were also so unprofessional in handling customer service and they tried to sell me off other services to offset the money instead of refunding me. Only after I called the police then they refunded me. It was really an unpleasant experience with them and I don't recommend anyone getting their lashes done at their shops.

They would recommend you new packages like any other business but they do not hard sell, from that i felt comfortable enough to sign up multiple packages with them. Recently, there's a new change of management, the new female "boss" who is always in the shop is very pushy and tries to pressure and hard sell you their other packages EVERY sIngle time you are there. Its becoming such uncomfortable situation that im considering to stop patronising them. Its seems like their new business model is no longer trying to retain customers but about how much money they can milk out of you.

Did the so called laser to get rid of the oil clog/ milia and I was left with scars. Had to see derma becos I was so scared that it wouldn't heal. And right now still have very light mark after many months. Also sign a $280 upper lip IPL that was supposed to be unlimited which was sold to me by a chinese lady. And now a new vietnamese lady told me that was promotion and no longer valid and demand me to pay if I want to do it since I finish the initial 10 session. Outright cheating their customer. NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE AT ALL!!!

I'm a long time customer as well but the hard selling of lady boss and the way she did my eyebrows are very frustrating. Didn't gave time to clean all remaining short hair cos she was more focused on selling their services. I felt I just wasted my money. Gone are the days that I could recommend them to my friends.

L	Lanie Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed of the result on how they do the 3d eyebrow embroidery, the drawing looks so beautiful but after the embroidery the design turns out different. Pay a total of 158 for the bad result.

The $10 included eyebrow threading, plucking, trimming of the hairs and a bit of shaving with a blade. However she cut my skin underneath my eyebrow using the razor blade. It was a strong burning sensation that I felt only after I left. For $10, it’s not worth it because other places are cheaper and they get the job done just by threading and a bit of trimming. Also she didn’t manage to thread away all my upper lip hairs as well. Although Niki doesn’t understand much English, she understood when I told her I don’t want to thin my eyebrows. No hard selling at all. Place is clean and hygienic. Not bad but also not that great, hence 3/5 stars.
