★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, but if you are looking to rent from Singapore Housing Company. DO NOT. They provided horrible service and their apartments are not in good conditions. I had so many problems with my apartment that they moved me to ANOTHER apartment in the same building that had more issues.
