โ โ โ โ โ Mr Cheah was very friendly and fast to respond to enquiries. After sharpening the knives he even demonstrated by cutting thru paper and explaining to us which knife is best for what kind of use. Mum was especially happy with the sharpened knives! Thanks Mr Cheah!

โ โ โ โ โ Uncle SP is AMAZING! His knife sharpening skills are wow! He honed all my knives perfectly and did demo to prove it, slicing thru paper like butter. (Too bad, I can't upload the video here.) Plus, look at how he packed the knives! So well protected. But beyond that, it's really his knowledge, and the generosity and kindness to share all he knows. He's a warm & friendly uncle who welcomes questions and gives tips and advice. Send your knives to him and you'd be guaranteed an awesome service & experience with razor sharp knives!

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommend Mr Cheah's expertise, he's a perfectionist as much as I am meticulous of the quality of the tools. A blunt cutting tool is frustrating to handle. His excellent knowledge of blades, detailed examination of the tools, together with his patient explanations is a masterclass to be admired along with his calm well spoken demeanour, I was in awed just listening to this gem of a gentle human.

While we had only brought one knife this time as we didnโt have a chance to collate before going to him, he was extremely professional. We are definitely looking to bring more knives and scissors to him for his expertise. Strongly recommend!!!

โ โ โ โ โ A true artisan with such love for his craft. And it shows in the quality of his work. Highly recommended. Bring ALL your knives (and your friends knives and your relatives knives) for his attention.
For 10 years now, my family has lived with blunt knives because we just did not want to risk sending our knives to be destroyed. Some of them expensive, some of them with great sentimental value.
To my surprise, my friend - a chef, had recommended SP Cheah. When a chef finds and recommends a knife sharpener and restorer, you bring all your knives to them! And that is just what I did, all 20 knives (and choppers) to SP!
Exceedingly happy with the result. Especially happy with the sentimental knife which he carefully kept the patina and age when he cleaned it up after sharpening.
$5 per knife for the full work of sharpening, restoration, cleaning and love. Amazing. The pictures speak for themselves.
