★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unable to get thru customer service tel nbr - after enter your hp nbr n utility account nbr, the reply is "nobody is available to speak to you". Submitted utility meter readings n yet calculation is not done. Emailed them n received Stupid Standard reply that did not answer my question. Service standard is going down the drain !
