β β β β β Started off with good experience but ended in disappointment. My first and probably only one to the Spa.
Receptionist was friendly and gave a brief orientation walk for first timers. Aunty at the canteen was homely and vegetarian menu actually taste quite good. They were the reasons why it is a 2 star rating and not a 1 star rating.
The cleaner uncles were the ones who spoilt the entire experience.
At 930pm, I witnessed one cleaner uncle pouring chemicals into the 3 pools (fountain pool, cold pool, and jacuzzi pool). The chemicals are the typical cheap looking green bottled ones which I can only guess are bleaches. 2 scoops of chemicals for 2 smaller pool and 3 scoop for the jacuzzi. I could see the customers seemed uncomfortable as all exited the pool while the uncle started pouring the chemical unannounced. New customers unaware of what the uncle just did unknowingly entered the pool. I am dumbfolded
Man's Tv room. Around 10 seats and only one customer in the room.i tried like 5 TVs. All not functioning. Either it does not On when you press the secret On button at the back of the TV ( which the only customer in the TV room kindly shared with me), or the error message that TV is not logged on. Plus missing earphones. Gave up and went on to other activities.
Cassia seed sauna. Another unfriendly cleaner uncle hawking at the entrance. Even before I enter, he was rudely stating "hello! Brush off the seeds after use". Strange? Don't even know what he is talking about. Another customer softly told me, use that brush, while he hurried away from the unfriendly uncle.
Shampoo is very un spa like. It's the shampoo body wash similar to the safra gym ones. The masterfill cheap shampoo body wash. Fortunately I brought my own.
Closing time. Unfriendly uncle One came in stating in Chinese "don't throw the used towel in the towel bin. Throw on the seats can". Customer did as told. Then unfriendly uncle Two came in shortly and threw all the used towel in the towel bin. While mentioning in Chinese, "don't lock locker, don't lock locker".
Suggest both cleaner uncles get some service tips from the receptionists, who are well trained, or learn from the canteen aunty on how to be more friendly.

β β β β β This is my first time to having a Day Spa and also first time for Spa 1 Wellness, this is definitely will worth the price and will come back again. They have bring us and introduce their facility first before we started to enjoy, and the auntie is very friendly and professional. And i have ate 4 plate of carrot cake, this super delicious! And all the food is nice! I just didn't try the red bean soup because I personally no drink any bean soup... The pool and all facility is clean, and u will feel comfortable to having any facilities and we still watching a Movie inside rest room. We arrived in the morning 11.20am, and we leave on 8pm. We had enjoy 8.5hr inside! So shiok!!!!
If u wanna run out from work / stress... This is the best place to make urself relax! Before leaving this place, we already start to plan our next trip to Spa 1 wellness! We will see you soon, again!

β β β β β Contrary to some of the bad reviews, I think it was pretty okay!
Why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars:
Pros:
- Convenient location, few mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT CCL exit
- Reasonable pricing (about $41 for 3 hour pass, more than sufficient!)
- Decent facilities, mainly 2 hot stone rooms, 1 hot/cold room, 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 hot pool.
- Drinks and meals included (unlimited) which was nice to have!
- Staff were helpful
- Clean towels, soap and attire was given, donβt need to bring anything!
- Food was decently good including vegetarian option!
Cons:
- The female changing area was initially quite clean, but someone messed it up (towel everywhere, attire on the dressing table) and it wasnβt cleaned for quite a while. Not very sightly to be frank. Maybe can clean the dressing area more often
- Not as many hot stone rooms as the ones in Korea, this 3 hours was more than sufficient for us to explore everything. There were a few more areas but have to pay extra.
Overall I donβt mind coming again as it was a decently relaxing place. Thank you and keep it up!??

β β β β β Definitely enjoyed myself at this spa with my friend (I am usually not a sauna person), the Himalayan salt sauna was enjoyable if you can handle the heat (I get a little hungry cos I keep thinking of either the taiwanese fried salt and pepper chicken or salt baked chicken), and the cassia seed sauna just relieved me of my aching back, and I had fun trying to bury my friend partially in it. (For now only max 5 people in these 2 sauna at all times)
The steam room however, I can't advise much as I was unable to stay long in there, it gets hard to breathe after a while. The infrared sauna was quite small, and I believe the max people allow was 2 people. Hot bubble pool was delightful.
Did not managed to try the jade room nor the resting lounge as there were quite packed. We did get to enjoy the vegetarian meal there, yes only vegetarian, the fried carrot cake is really nice, and my friend had her salad but it's vegetarian so not really my cup of tea. Overall experience not bad and I was glad we head there around 2pm plus to 5pm, cos the people who comes afterwards had to keep waiting to use the facilities.

β β β β β The concept is cool! Got Cassia Seed, Himalayan Salt, Jade Room, Jacuzzi, Sauna room and freeflow food.
Just that the food provided are vegetarian and the variety not alot. Drinks are from the from the machine. Got Milo, Teh, Coffee.
The resting places (shared and female) were noisy. One was near the food zone, so can hear the plates and utensils sounds. The female side can hear the lockers and the doors closing and opening..

β β β β β Really enjoyed this place. There was a proper registration, introduction and tour so that we will not get lost. Comes with a eatery that serves vegetarian snacks/food/dessert.
Pros
- Many facilities!
- Chia seed room (hot), Himalayan Salt room (hot), jade room (cold and hot mat), oxygen room, movie room - these are unisex facilities
- Woman only - massage, sauna, steam room, hot pool, cold shower, waiting/resting room
- provided paper bra and undies for ladies. Even give t- shirt and short so can use the unisex facilities and walk around comfortably. Because I have been to places that only give you skimpy robes. Can't cover much
- when time for massage, you then change to robe, after massage can change back to t-shirt and short again and use the facilities again and again.
- massage was excellent. I was serve by a Filipino and she was great! Every where she press was sheer pleasure. So comfortable and relaxing. The bed even has a heated mat! Excellent for ladies as we tend to get cold after awhile.
Cons
- as chia seeds will stuck to the body after using and we can see chia seeds everywhere. Especially the toilets so the shower and the locker areas looks dirty but is actually not. Visual wise slightly unpleasant and unsightly.
- guys has more facilities even though we pay the same price (lol)
Overall I would definitely be back again. you can even have the option of just using the spa without massage. Is not doggy, clean and place is big enough for an afternoon crowd of about 20 pax. I spent 4 hrs there! Thoroughly enjoyed.

β β β β β Went on a weekday, Quiet and serene. Tucked away at B1.
Many facilities as listed on their website. Started my day at 12pm and left at 8pm.
Went for the full day couple pass at $88 which is a great discount as compared to many other places.
Although it may not be as posh, we are there for relaxation and Spa1 has exceeded my expectations.
Had a lot of fun with the saunas and the cold room which is the new addition. The oxygen room requires another $10 additional charge. The sleeping room was comfortable and well kept.
Didnt have any issues with the staff, all were helpful and responsive. They wont disturb you as well.
Food in the cafeteria though limited was great. Free flow and decently well.
At about evening time 7pm came the regular customers probably. They were quite noisy along the corridor and the staff engaged them which is good for business but i thought could really remain a serene environment.

β β β β β Book a appointment on a Friday together with my wife to relax and chill our body .
Bought the couple full day pass at $88 before GST and a extra $50+ for a 1hr private room & jacuzzi (high recommended at the final hrs before you plan on leaving as the private room comes with personal showering & toiletries)
Start of the session by collecting your towels, follow by a quick introduction by the staff there as it's our 1st time . Change up in different area (locker provided) as the male & female have their own changing area and where the spa & steam bath. Not all area is unisex !
Took our meal first . Good vegetarian food provided, simple menu but food was good (carrot cake is a must) free flow
We tried all different facilities available which was great experiences. We both really enjoyed yourself. Really a nice place to let your body wind down and clear your mind for a day .
End our session at around 8pm . Body feel so relax after . Will come back for more if time permits .
