I found Mr Ho and Space Reno Contract in late 2016 after searching high and low interviewing 5 different interior designers and contractors. I already had a simple plan on what I wanted for my house and an interior designer for a minimalist layout seemed extravagant. My budget is very modest and at that time, a lot of the other contractors were busy with their year end jobs. I had a good chat with Mr Ho that afternoon in 2016 and within that meeting, I was convinced that he is the contractor for my unit. I took some time to think over it and I was grateful that he agreed to take on my job. The other contractors told me to anticipate a lot of holiday breaks and work disruption because of the Christmas, New Year and the Chinese New Year. BUT, lo and behold, Mr Ho and his team started on my apartment very swiftly. He promised that I could get my whole unit revamped by Jan 2017, but he OVER-DELIVERED. I got my unit back by the eve of 2016. It was the FASTEST and MOST AMAZING renovation I had ever seen. Now, Mr Ho has decades of experience in this industry and is a master planner. He was able to get the right guys to work in the unit almost every day and the planning and coordination is superb. Some people say that interior designers are better because they do the planning and coordination for you and give you piece of mind, but Mr Ho, was not only a contractor, I asked him for some advice for interior design and he gave practical advice and also went above and beyond duty to ensure that good work gets done. You get to save money, get the piece of mind, and get good quality work done. This is value for money. He is not fly by night and he is sincere in staying long in this industry. It's been 2 years since 2016. I engaged him again in 2017 for additional furniture in my unit and he readily agreed to do them. I also recommended him to my friends and no matter, the job, big or small, he has always done an excellent work and my friends always go away feeling very happy. As such, I strongly believe that anyone looking for a contractor or simple interior design should contact this company and speak to Mr Ho and his team. Even if it is for a non-obligations quote, I am sure you will go away learning something useful.

My husband and I did not encounter any major issues with Mr. Ho and company. They were very transparent in sharing everything about the project. They gave us options and corresponding quotations for almost every material and design to be used for our home renovation. I love their work. They are very trustworthy

My father was impressed and signed up with Mr Ho for a new flat renovation right on our 1st meeting appointment back in Feb 2017, work quickly started and we were surprised by Mr Ho's strong dedication in his work and attention to details, in both quality workmanship and timeline. Soon after, my in-laws signed with Mr Ho as well for their new flat renovation in Apr 2017, and things went smoothly as expected. Both times we were very satisfied with Mr Ho's close monitoring of the work progress in both flats, as well as his expert opinions on practical designs with reasonable prices.
