★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest. Had to involve CASE before they return the deposit. They will give a lot of excuse, try and delay your collection so they can charge you a whole another month of storage fees.

Extremely frustrating communications with the staff over the phone and emails with confusing email addresses, never replying using the previous exchanges. Wasted valuable time providing the same information multiple times as they do not share information internally, do not have any CS system in place, big turnover of employees with very arrogant attitude.
The storage access was confusing and misleading with zero personnel to give directions, again big waste of time. No aircon whatsoever in this weather and on top of the heat, had to look for 20mins to find lights in a completely dark warehouse. No trolley or help was available to move the boxes downstairs.
Stored belongings now have a faint smell of dead rat.
There are plenty of good and friendly storage services like Storefriendly and Spaceship, don't waste your money and energy here.
The storage was cleared 8 days ago, still have not received the deposit back.
