★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engage them while browsing carousel and based on the 'positive feedbacks' decide to pm them. Reply was prompt and appt was arranged. Barely a week, shower head is leaking with water and noisy. Pls refer to the ss attached. After promising a new hose, NOTHING IS DONE. I email the brand of the heater as under warranty and found out something worse. They did not install everything that come with the box and I'm not even aware that this thing exist and it's actually very important so as not to overheat n burn the motor inside!!! Are u gonna RESELL to others?? Hw irresponsible this Company/staffs is. I don't mind to spend more if its required but don't short cut. Its electrical mind u and we use it inside a bathroom!!! Irresponsible and engage at your own risk. Not even worth a star.
