The cleaner was late and wished to leave early than the scheduled time. She did not use many of the cleaning products to clean. The cleaning was not thorough at all. I will not engage the service anymore.

The helper was so professional and friendly, offer to clean the areas where we wouldn’t notice which is filled with dust. So glad my family found this cleaning company, would highly recommend!

$150 for 4 hours of normal cleaning (I specifically asked for chemical wash but the staff ignored and quote and arrange what he called organic wash for me which I only know later when the cleaners were here) 2 Cleaners called me at 1pm and told me they are working from 1-3pm and were outside my house already. Agreed timing was 2-6pm for one cleaner. I have not reach my new house yet so I was rushing over. The cleaners were quite persistent on me providing them my door pin so that they are go in and start work as they rushing off after that. I was not at home and I didn’t want to make thing difficult for the 2 aunties so I provided my door lock pin to them. Messaged the person again (i assume is the boss) he told me he wasn’t aware and only know it then?? Stains on window and toilet bowl not removed. When I questioned the cleaners, they told me they only wipe dust. Can come out then okay cannot then when I am free at home I can use cif to clean on my own. Then I hire them for??? Messaged the boss again, he was not helpful at all. Asked me to settle with the cleaners myself. And that 4 hours are provided although nth is cleaned and I and charged accordingly. I still need to go try to remove the stains myself to show the aunties that they can be removed and both reluctantly tried. All the while telling me since I so free at home I can do it myself and they definitely can’t finish today. This is the most stressful cleaning service I have ever hired. Sequently, the boss ignored my message and did not reply at all. No wonder they need to collect money in advance. Worst is yet to come. At 2.45pm, the 2 aunties ‘finished’ and started talking to the water dispenser guy who came to fix and drink water without asking me. That’s fine. Then both of them went to use my ‘just cleaned’ toilet without even asking me. Please hire them at your own risk. The boss will disappear on you once collected money and will not help you at all.

The cleaner reached on time and completed the cleaning nicely. It is clean and well done! Even though time is up, she take the effort to check any areas might have left out. Will definitely engage them for my next cleaning arrangement.

Booked for deep cleaning since moving out on May 9th 2021. The cleaning person arrived late. No proper coordination with the cleaning person and the agent. Paid for vacuum services and cleaning supplies. The cleaning person just used a cloth to mob the floor. No furniture was moved and cleaned. But the service was worse than a normal cleaning service. Totally disappointed and wasted time and money. Not recommended at all!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Extremely poor service! Engaged the company for end of tenancy cleaning and the apartment was very poorly cleaned. The oven was not cleaned at all, there were additional black marks on the floor, and there were parts of the apartment that were not cleaned or touched at all. Contacted them a day after the service about the poor cleaning and there was no response for a few days. They finally responded on the third day saying that we were supposed to inspect the cleaning on the same day but this was never communicated to us beforehand or in the invoice. We also told the cleaner that day that we were heading out and they did not communicate this at all either. We had to engage another company to redo cleaning!! Will be complaining to CASE.

The owner/ finance person (i think they're the same person) is the most unprofessional of all. He refuses to refund and he even told lies to cover up. Not at all recommended -- not because of the cleaners but because of the management team.
