Special Learners really helped in Audrey’s Early intervention, she learned life skills and speech too, all these things that are a little bit more hard to learn and bear for children with special needs Audrey’s early years were not easy but with all the help, empathy, patience and love from Special Learners, worth it! The teachers are wonderful and they love genuinely all their students and a lot of fun for kids too... from hair utting to toilet training to all the fieldtrips and trips in the playgrounds and everywhere in the neighbourhood. If you have special needs child, try this center! Highly recommended!

My son Josiah has grown and learnt a lot when he was at Special Learners. The teachers have OT-based sensory understanding of the students' needs, which they incorporate into the lesson planning and activities. They provided oral motor input for my boy and thanks to their loving guidance, he was able to try eating new foods, which was something we had struggled for years with. Josiah has also grown in socialization and enjoyed the activities and group outings that were planned before COVID-19 hit. During the lockdown period where parents and kids had to work and study from home, Special Learners provided zoom lessons that Josiah found engaging and enjoyable. I am thankful for how Josiah has grown and we have seen many breakthroughs. The teachers are very loving and kind and treat the students like family. I feel that their warmth and patience has helped Josiah to feel safe and hence we have seen great learning take place in this learning centre. Thank you Special Learners and I hope that there will be many more happy stories from the students and families that are connected with you!

I have been sending my son to Special Learners for two years now . The kind of improvements my son has been showing ever since has been tremendous. The Teachers- Teacher Sherwin , Teacher Thet and Teacher Jerlyn are so supportive and encourages the kids to bring out the best in their students. They also have great student- teacher ratio that ensures kids get individual attention and focus. My son had lots of sensory issues previously and now with regular OT and behaviour therapies in the centre he doesn’t have any such issues . I would definitely recommend this place for parents who are looking for an early intervention program with affordable fees. .

Special Learners stands out due to their care and patience for the kids. They would go above and beyond to customize the program for my son. They take on the feedbacks from my son's ABA and Speech Therapists and would help incorporate activities to supplement. We have regular meetings. Most important part is that my son is eager to see his teachers and loves to go to Special Learners! ?

My son started attending Life skill lessons at Special Learners from Oct 2019. Then we included OT too. Mr. Sherwin and Ms. Thet are very dedicated. They are very friendly and supportive. They bring my son for walking & cycling in the park. They give him the exposure to take bus rides, eat in coffee shops, go to super market to buy groceries. Though this may sound as pretty common every day activities for many of us, for a special needs child with ADHD, autism and sensitivity to sound, these are very big challenges. Mr. Sherwin and Ms. Thet are firm with my son but at the same time very loving. They have supported us during circuit breaker, during the Phase 2 in 2021 when the schools closed for home-based learning, during weekends, public holidays and school holidays. Special Learners is one of the best, if not the best Early Intervention Centre in Singapore. We are happy and proud that we became a part of Special Learners Family. I HOPE this family continues to grow further and will be able to help more kids learn within their potentials.
