Bought a car cam online which provided free installation at this shop. The owner was trying to convince me to buy a power pack, saying my car battery might drain very fast if on parking mode 24/7 but I told him I will consider and change to power pack if necessary. The worker then proceeded to install but after awhile he told me my car batt not enough power so cannot set parking mode and I told him the car batt is new how can it be and he said new car also will have this kind of prob. Subsequently, he worked on it and claimed that he connected a high power cable and told me problem fixed. So shouldn’t he do all the troubleshooting before telling me it cannot be done. Moreover, I don’t have a lot of car accessories that use up a lot of batt. Maybe the installation worker do not know their job well.

Overly charged. My radio is in perfect working condition, just needed an antenna and was charged $100! Ridiculous!!
