Failed delivery, did not notify the receiver phone, and way complicated way to claim package

Incompetent. Package is probably lost and I'm stuck in their red tape to get them to admit they lost my package. CS is appalling and not trained to professionally deal with such situations. Regret using them.

Had a bad experience using speedpost to send an item to Greece. They were unable to find the address but did not even alert me until The Greek counterpart said they have not received the items yet. I requested recall of item but Speedpost re-sent the item again and mysteriously managed to find the recipient which they originally couldn't find. The item was declined as it was well past delivery schedule (41 days late). The item was returned to me after 55 days. There's no apologies or any attempt to call me or any reason why first delivery was not successful and why a second delivery was made despite my request to recall item.. the customer hotline promised to call back but never did. Speedpost was adverse to phone calls. I sent several emails complained and speedpost couldn't be bothered to speed up checking as evidenced by 55 days from Singapore to Greece and back to Singapore resulted in me paying twice for delivery due to their inability to find address in first place without even alerting me. Picture is proof of all the events. I didn't sue them as the value is small but I paid an expensive lesson NOT TO USE SPEEDPOST EVER AGAIN
