Dishonest driver. As our stuff will need a send half trip .. For half trip is $149 but they charged us $180 and I didn't notice until after everything over then I double check the pricing then notice. Will not use them anymore. If you guys want use them do double check on the price.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are completely unprofessional. The company sent 3 guys who were supposed to arrive at 9 but got there at 10:30 and not one of them were wearing masks. They said that they would be sending 2 trucks, make two rounds and be done by the day they arrived, but instead, they sent one truck and it took them 5 days to complete the work. Not to mention, we had to threaten to go to the police before they decided to bring everything. They scratched the floors and they dumped all the boxes in the living room and told us they wouldn't distribute anything. If you are looking at using this company, i strongly urge you too keep looking.

Terrible! Do not use this service. My items were not wrapped properly!!! *Furniture was destroyed. *Paid to have items wrapped, but they were not, resulting in broken glasses. *Destroyed dining table, and broke legs off furniture *Threw out items of value without asking. Also kept items without returning. *Did not provide receipts. *Quoted moving price then added on extra after extra. On top of all this - 5 hours late on collection day. 6 hours late on return day. Would not recommend.

I would like to compliment the group of guys who helped me move my stuff from old place to new house. I actually engage their service for moving, but becos my new house is not ready, so I am glad William the sales personnel who has been liaising with me told me they provide storage as well. I actually told him I need 6 weeks of storage in Nov. lo and behold, my renovation is delayed, and I need one more month of extension, thank God William is very prompt to come to my help, i am able to extend for one mth in storage with zero hassle. The day when I need to shift from storage to new place, the guys came 20 mins earlier and within 40 mins they finished shifting my 32 boxes and some heavy furnitures including piano and Osim massage chair. His guys didn’t complain much and super careful with my stuff, especially I have a hanging light at my foyer, told the guys to watch out for it. I am very pleased with their service and the guys are super helpful and most of all they have very good attitude and all my stuff are intact. 5 stars for their service!!

Use them at your own risk! They rushed through the whole move and in the process broke the frame of my pictures and scratched my parquet. Totally unprofessional and very poor customer service. Not worth the hassle. Pay a little more and use a reputable mover.

I engaged speed winz to move my furniture back in end October, it was a half day session as we were moving back across 3 streets. Upon moving back, when one of the movers took out the plastic covering, I realised there was a huge dent on my fridge door , the covering protection my king sized mattress was torn and the edge of my sofa was torn as well. I’ve seen how one of the mover literally tried to squeeze the king sized mattress into the lift by pounding and jumping repeatedly on the mattress to stuff it in; and that resulted in a huge tear on my mattress that’s just 2 years old. When I informed the mover on site about these issues, he brushed it off and told me to contact William, the key contact point as he will arrange an after service “recovery”, which to no avail, I called, sms, reminded him, and he said he would call his head office and check, and it’s been 4 weeks since our move back home and he hasn’t responded back. I’ve called a couple of times to follow up but he didn’t pick up his phone. I’m disappointed because where is the proper feedback channel to raise these issues, and who will be responsible for this dent on my fridge and the tears on my sofa and mattress? Pls think twice, or thrice, about engaging a home mover and I would really urge that you consider the more reliable ones instead of focusing on something “quick”, yet shabby services.

I shifted my place yesterday with the help of 3 amazing gentlemen, named 'Uncle' (a Chinese uncle in his 60s), 'Giant' and 'Ramly'. I had a lot of teak furniture and heavy carton boxes to move to storage. Each piece of furniture and box was so bulky and immensely heavy which certainly required many hands to shift but amazingly, these guys could move them single-handedly and at such an amazing pace. I could see how they painstakingly wrapped the furniture, the carton boxes and my precious Feng Shui items with so much care that made me determined to write a positive review here. Also, the guys ensured that they thought through how to shift the furniture such that the storage space which I had rented was sufficient to place all my things. So, much planning was done by them to ensure that everything was delivered safely and deposited nicely into the storage space such that eventually, there would be easy shifting out from the storage space too. What touched me the most was their commitment towards their work. Dark clouds were gathering at my place and it was very worrying. Without any request from me, the three gentlemen forgo their lunch and continued to press on despite having expended a lot of energy and with hungry stomachs, so as to ensure that their work was completed without any interference from the rain, especially since all my furniture was wood and everything was in carton boxes. Really appreciate all the effort put into making this move possible. Good coordination by William to put this dream team of movers together. He was very prompt in replying to our every query. I am very grateful to his help in accomodating this last minute request and for putting good thought into ensuring that the carton boxes were pushed far away from the ledge area, thus saving my carton boxes from being damaged by the heavy downpour a few days before my big move. Certainly good pricing and very professional service rendered. Highly recommended to all who are looking at shifting of their house or work space!

Completely unprofessional and is like you handing over your stuff to the whole bunch of monkeys which never do good at all and full of lies. They rushed throught the whole move process without proper wrapping & handing skills and countless damages to my stuff including broken my big dinning glass(16mm) table into 2, main gate, main door, my fridge door and HDB walls. Poor customer services, Lousy Sales Personnel (William Lim)and Use them at your own risk!
