Through conducive and concise lessons, coach Wee Ling was able to deliver fun and effective sessions. She is also in tune with the learners' strengths and challenges whereby she maximised those areas. She instills discipline and goal orientation in the team.

Our team engaged coach Wee Ling a few years back and was the best decision we made. Wee Ling is responsible and patient and go the extra mile for players who needed more attention. She helps the team increase cohesiveness and help builds a trusting relationship between players and herself. A true coach who displays integrity and character on the Court.

As a Netball Coach, Wee Ling demonstrates flexibility in customising training sessions according to learner's strength and ability. Providing constant moral support and encouragement to them team with diverse professional background. Truly an amazing Coach!

I have known Coach Jo since 2014, and she has been one of the most important coaches in my development as both a netball player and a person. Most coaches are focused on building skills specific to the sport, but Coach Jo prioritizes developing each person as a whole and inculcating positive life values beyond just netball skills. She displays a lot of passion for coaching and moulding the next generation of players into confident and empowered youths.

Our Netball coach from Sports Values is dedicated and skilful in facilitating the learning of not just skills in the sports but also important life skills such as self-awareness, resilience and teamwork. Coach is purposeful in planning training and reflection activities that shape the girls’ characters. Her sessions are fun and engaging for the players, who look forward to each training eagerly. E-training sessions are also never dull, with competitions and scoreboards to continue motivating students to keep fit and pick up skills. Most importantly, she truly cares for the girls and builds a trusting relationship with them. Definitely a wonderful mentor for the girls!

Sports Values is a team of coaches that is indeed true to their mission of empowering youths through sports. I have witnessed their expertise and breadth of knowledge that contributed greatly to the development of the youths under their care. More specifically, I see positive transformation from the netball girls that have undergone training with Sports Value coaches during their secondary school life. Over the years, the netball girls developed confidence, leadership and are strong team players in group settings. These are outcomes that are valuable and vital for youths as they go into their adulthood. As an educator, I support their values-driven approach. Keep doing the good work!

Coach Jo understands that each individual is unique in their own way, and puts in the effort to plan training specific to individuals and team dynamics. Every training session is well thought out to combine character building and sports science to achieve both holistic and performance growth in players. Throughout the years, I have seen the players and teams under Coach Jo who went on to excel in other areas outside of netball. As a player under Coach Jo, I experienced first hand how her values-centric training has shaped me as a person. Over the last decade, Coach Jo has played a huge part in guiding me on my journey from a netball player to a netball coach today. A coach who always goes the extra mile for her players, she continues to extend her care to players even after their graduation by following up with them. The coaches in sports values are meticulously chosen, equipped with knowledge, and definitely, share a robust passion in nurturing the players under their care!
