Spring Nature Services - 67 Corporation Rise

The customer service hotline is a joke. Called up and they could not attend to any of my queries, kept quiet throughout the call. Tried to call back again and dared not pick up my calls. Not serious of providing their services.

One of the worst gardening services around. Been doing our condo for years and from lush green to not so nice anymore. Their service for twice a week was blowing out the leaves and picking up palm trees leaves and some cutting. For the bamboo cutting, they waited until it was over 3 meters only to be able to charge extra for cutting, even though it was their job to do so. When asked why, head gardener said "needs watering" and this in the rainy season with the ground being green from too much water already. I'm no gardener but I know that the plants need FERTILIZER!!! Not much left from the plants they once charged us for. Their workers come and sleep on the job... come every two weeks and then to nap on the parking area. Save your money and get yourself a decent company. Thank God we get rid of them at the end of the month. This should be a cleaning company but definitely not a gardening company.
