Very very worst service Owner very rude

By far the worst shop I've been to. 1)They said can collect my suit in 1hr, went back to the shop after 3 hours still not ready. 2) After altering my suit, I tried on it had so much flaws.. I literally give back my suit for alterations for more than 7 times and end result: they ruined my suit completely 3) asked for refund, they argued so much. 4) I went there at 8pm and only left with regrets and a ruined suit at 1.30am. Worst shop, avoid this shop!

Sucha disappointment on the work done and not up to what was promised. Had to literally wait close to 1.5hours for work to be completed despite giving the job 2.5 weeks prior.

Apparently the pavadai material I gave for my one year old was not enough to do a good job. Went ahead to stitch instead of calling me to ask if they should proceed. Only when I call to enquire if my tailoring was ready, the disclaimer comes not to be blamed as the material is not enough. Bad job done, defensive and ask me to go quarrel in the shop that I bought the material for giving the wrong sized material. When I asked in return why did you not advise b4 cutting the material, there was no reply. Also u hv to sit at the shop and breath down their neck to have the work done. Keep saying to do Ur stuff and come back it will be ready but it never will be... will never recommend this shop...come here only if u hv all the time to go on a wild goose chase...

A completely different design from the order. The sleeves on the elbow line I ordered were half way sleeves. I wasted precious fabric.

18 Dec 21 - I brought my own cloth, did measurements, told ready in 2 weeks, i paid in full. 1 Jan 22 - 2 weeks already but i didn't have time, was busy plus New Year. 6 Jan 22 - I was busy, my sister drop by to pick on my behalf. She was told not ready. Collect next week on the 10th. 10 Jan 22 - Suppose to be ready.. I was busy couldn't go down. 22 Jan 22 - Went down to the shop personally to collect. Showed the guy the receipt. After staring at it for so long, he said: This monday come, confirm ready. ??? 23 Jan 22 - I am typing this review. I hope my review and the recent ones will help others. Pls i think is best to avoid this shop. My brother's wedding is only next week. I gave ample time. My feelings are mixed. Mostly burning with rage. Wish me luck for tomorrow. 24 Jan 2022 (Monday).
