β β β β β Dr A Fernandes is one of the best dentists Iβve encountered. Polite, considerate, attentive and highly skilled, Dr Fernandes always goes the extra mile to put his patients at ease. He is also meticulous and will always take the time to do the job well down to the smallest detail.
I appreciate Dr Fernandes being part of the St Andrewβs dental team and heβs the main reason Iβm actually learning to enjoy my dental visits no matter what the issue is. I havenβt met a better dentist anywhere else in Singapore so far. Thank you St Andrewβs and Dr Fernandes!

β β β β β absolutely horrible. I was bleeding a lot after a routine teeth cleaning. unfriendly counter staff and the doctor didn't care. worst dentist i've ever been to. do yourself a favour and do not go there!!

β β β β β Failure to reduce waiting time
Standard excuses are saying patients not on their list, the Failure to reduce waiting time is still there. If waiting time is not reduced at all, problem wonβt get solved
The main problem is the scheduling of time for patients, I am not sure why there is preferential treatment for different patients, last visit on 9 June 2021, I was told to hold off my appointment originally at 1030am to wait for late patient until 1148am close to 12pm noon, while it ended at around 130 pm, my total time spent at the clinic turned out to be close to 3 hours and it eventually became an unpleasant experience
recent appointment came up and my appointment was just to do scaling and cleaning. There was no consideration that it could be completed in less than 30 minutes. This time round, I was the late patient and was told to wait for 3 hours until 1pm instead of giving me slot like what they did for the late customer last time. Is this preferential treatment ? As a dental patient, are you willing to go through such a long wait ?
