★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed, very rude and unprofessional staff know someone who stayed thr told me they got kick out after making police report for their staff using violence on them and told them he is fit to stay at home?? Someone also try to trick my family member who is aparrently a 17 years old at that time says their family busy and wanted him to escort him to the bus stop. It was a chaotic place for me I would not reccomend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother in law Eio Kit Hoonwas a patient until she passed away peacefully yesterday. Her stay here was very comfortable. It is a best home I have ever come across. The staff which are mostly foreigners are very professional, efficient and very caring. When she passed away last night all the staff show lots of compassion. The off duty staff also came to pay their respect. We were very touched. Three cheers to all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Case of staff being violent to patient, police report made. Please be careful especially with elderly who cant express themselves clearly, you won’t know when they are being abuse or mistreated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a visitor in the past, I realise that they got a lot problem, a lot police report made. Wouldn’t choose this nursing home, not peaceful at all, can hear people shouting and a lot of drama. Patient will gang up on another patient, one time a patient even try to trick me to bring him out of nursing home saying that his son is busy and won’t be able to fetch him and asked me to bring him down to bustop, I asked the nurse and they say not true. If that’s the case staff shouldn’t leave him unattended in a place where there is visitors . You can’t recuperate in peace. I will not recommend to let your family member to suffer while recuperating. Please choose a more peaceful one if you love your family enough. Choose wisely

To upgrade their care for their residents by giving refresher courses to their staff.
Ultimately, any lapses in care would be a matter of life or death for their elderly and sick residents.
