Location is fairly good - quiet surrounding, within 10 minutes walk to Boon Keng MRT Station, within 10 minutes walk to Sheng Siong mini-mart at McNair. Facing inward, away from the noise from the main road (Serangoon Road). Seems that quite a number of units are rented out instead of owner occupied.

This is an apartment status Condominium. Consist only 71 units. Quiet environment.
2 bedroom on mid floor level, it might let go below $800K ?. A renovation is needed for this unit, but not too major.
There were en-bloc conducted before, but price was not accepted by owners. Hopefully it won't take too long to relaunch the en-bloc exercise again ?
