★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited a friend in St George Towers . She stayed on the 25th floor. The view was not fantastic. The price of her 4-rooms(3-bedrooms) HDB flat costs almost $600K. The living room is very small. The long windows help to lighten up the living room area. The dining area was dark and the bedrooms were relatively small. The kitchen is small too! It is rather pricey for a 99 years lease HDB 4-rooms (3 bedrooms) apartment.
