Inexperienced male consultant who doesn't know what criteria his client really wants from candidates. One moment he informed me his client can pay upto my expected salary, another moment he posted a lower salary than my expected at jobstreet again the next day after my interview at client's office. He wasted my time and taxi fare to his client's office. He also wasted my referee's PRECIOUS time completing the reference check form even before the status when I was not selected. Recruitment consultants must understand what the clients really look for in the candidates and ADVISE Candidates how to perform interviews. NOT the other way when candidates have to feedback & ADVISE consultants what clients want after Candidates' interviews in client's office. Recruitment consultants' jobs look more like Jackpot and Lucky draws when closing successful deals ONLY DEPEND on LUCK and not based on their professionalism. Recruiters also have to bear in mind that without the candidates' hard work and effort, you don't get your commission and thus don't take advantage of your candidates. Try to put your position in the candidates, do you like being sent to interviews for experiments?
