I have been here in this school for more than 6 years, and I have been enjoying being here until 6th grade. In 6th grade, we are restricted so much as we aren't even allowed to play games during lunch time. Lunch time is ours and we should be allowed to play games as it is counted as a break. I also dislike the teacher Mr. Ion as he is really uncool and he even grabbed my laptop from me once.

We have been apart of the Stamford community for the past 5 years. Within that time we were able to experience the curriculum from primary to high school. To say the least, the school has created an amazing platform for the students to grow both academically and personally. In all the different divisions of the school, the teachers and supporting staffs are very supportive and dedicated to the well-beings and academics of the students. The older the students get, a closer relationship they build with their teachers, often almost as friends. Even for the younger ones, teachers go above and beyond, giving help and reaching out to the students before they need or ask for it. The community built introduce a diverse environment that not only provides a rich social culture, but allow for students to develop an amazing toolset of interdisciplinary skills. I found the advisory programs (despite the complaints of the children) focusing on pastoral teaching such as bullying, mental disorders and technology conducts to be very valuable for the children. However, I would suggest finding a more interactive way of running these programs to allow the students to find more values in them. The facilities are well-maintained and designed, allowing students the opportunity to explore various disciplinaries. The theatres, innovation centre, art studios and sport facilities are state-of-the art, with professional staffs to aid all students, from beginners to advanced . An improvement I suggest is for the music department. Some of the instruments are not the best quality (i.e. acoustic piano) for students' full utilisation. The school food has greatly improved with a more expansive selection choice, healthiness and tastiness. However, the cost is relatively high for example, with a pre-made sandwich costing $6.40. Academically, for high schoolers, we found the opportunity to choose from a selection of courses to be very beneficial. With a range from arts-tailored courses (BTEC) to AP, IB and Stamford courses, students are able to choose the course that best fit their learning styles and future plans. Regardless of the courses, teachers specialising in the subjects are highly knowledgeable and diligent towards their students' success. Issues arising from the pandemic with teachers leaving and absences were handled mostly smoothly, allowing students to have a relatively continuous learning journey. However, to avoid interruptions to the learning, when teachers are absent for an extensive period of time, a teacher of the subject (most preferably) or someone knowledgeable in the subject should take over. This is to avoid students from lagging behind in the class content. Overall, the time that we had at Stamford was excellent. We would highly recommend it to others to join and be apart of this inclusive, diverse and pioneering community.

This school was pretty good overall. After staying here for eight years, this place will hold memories in my heart forever. Good ones and bad ones unfortunately. If you are looking for a school that has diverse people and language, this is the one. However unfortunately if your kids are quite sensitive to scolding and screaming from Teachers I do not recommend this school. Not all the Teachers are like this though. Some are the kindest and sweetest teacher in the whole world who would help you on anything and are super cool as well. Some others for example like Mr.Zarharko who would haunt my dreams forever from all the yelling and scolding he had. It was awful for me to just hold in the tears and to attempt to not cry but moreover he told the counsellor to talk to me without my consent. Whatever it is now, I am in a different country and I hope I would never have to see the Teachers who caused me trauma.

Our three children are attending their last year at SAIS. We will be moving this summer 2022 and we will miss this school a lot! They have amazing facilities for children to learn, enjoy, discover and going beyond. They have a great team and staff who provide an holistic learning experience not only in academics but also at personal level. They instill great values and offer lots of opportunities for learning in an enjoyable way growing up the feeling of belonging to a very nice community and being a fundamental part for the future. The international atmosphere is fantastic and has developed in our children characters the importance of tolerance, respect and curiosity for others. The support department is full of great professionals who help children in a tailored way, leading them to achieve improvements and helping them to reach their best. Our children have being very lucky having the opportunity to study and grow up in this school and we will all miss SAIS. I recommend this school to everyone who want their children to come back from school smiling and happy, challenged and encouraged every single day.

My kids really loved the life in Stamford. The staffs were friendly and understanding the individual students, the curriculum helped to let the students understand the subject in-depth and find opportunity area, and the facility was good enough for learning environment.
