★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with getting my Fitbit Charge 3 (SE) accurately recognised for followup due to some data entry error 2 years ago when it's registered as a Charge 3. Eric (Lee) of the Nex branch went out of his way to help. Issue is not resolved yet, however, I appreciate his effort and it's staff like him that helped maintained customer confidence to an eventual solution. Thanks !

They patiently explained how it was covered by my extended warranty. They fixed my laptop quickly and were so friendly throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend more people to buy from challenger as the after care is great!
