★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a taxi to the airport 4 days in advance and received booking confirmation. The driver never showed up and I had to rush to find other transport and almost missed my flight. As we are a family with young children and had luggage we had to get 2 regular cabs. Star travels never answered my calls, read and ignored all my WhatsApp messages, then blocked me rather than apologise. This is the worst travel company in the world, they leave young children waiting in the heat and do not even provide the service you have a booking for. Avoid at all costs!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked with them for price once but we ended booking another due to a slightly cheaper rate. Tried to reach out for them for a return quote but instead of quoting us, they actually turned nasty. Asking us to go book with our cheaper quote. Thou we were prepared to pay more. Not sure what's wrong with our transport system lately. All maxi cab drivers are playing hard to catch.
