I do not recommend any buyer to purchase an item from this company if they never improve their customer services via Qoo10. They are officially online selling Pinkfong at Qoo10, and a sale promotion is ongoing. I'm quite patient in writing a message to request the seller send the missing item – Pinkfong Cross bag. However, I never receive any response from them even more than 2 weeks. It seems they are Missing in action or just ignore my message. I had no choice but to write a message to Qoo10 Help Centre and requesting a refund from this seller. I explained to the Qoo10 Help Center that I bought 2 Pinkfong Cross Bag and one is missing. And they seeking for evidence, so I took a few pictures to show them including the receipt of the delivery records and Pinkfong Cross Bag. Currently, Qoo10 Help Centre is investigating these issues and had requested evidence from me. I think it is this company need to be more responsible for their customers and improve their customer services. If I can choose to rate with no star, I'm happy to give it to this company's customer services.
