This place is hopeless. The team has zero operation efficiency and takes/makes orders so slowly that they can turn from no customers to full of customers because they are just that slow to complete the orders. Same problem everytime I visit.

Went to this outlet on 26/5/2022 at around 10:15pm, the store was still crowded with guests and we ordered drinks, Java chip frappucino and Chocolate chip frappucino, there were 2 malay girls and 1 chinese girl. When they did our order, they were laughing and playing around instead of completing our order. The girl who did our order even purposefully blended our drinks and left it in the blender and went to talk with the other 2 girls. They were also reluctant to react to grab drivers coming in to ask if the order is ready, the driver was polite yet the servers attitude were not positive at all. Most importantly, when we had our drinks, both were tasteless! literally tasted like watered down milo (even worse!) very disappointed with what we received today! Will not come back again, hope something is done by management!

Went there today, 15 May. Queued to order but wasn't given a chance to. Manager told me it will take 20 minutes. Ask him why, he said due to many orders. Went out to buy drinks. Walk back and saw the manager taking order from a young girl. I went in and asked him us it still 20 minutes? He reluctantly said no, lesser than that, I asked how long? He answered unhappily about 5 minutes. So for a young girl it's 5 minutes, for a 40 yr old Malay woman with headress it's 20minutes just to discourage us from ordering? Is Starbucks encouraging this prejudice treatment?

A smaller Starbucks outlet in my neighbourhood which I frequently go to. Cosy ambience in the midst of a housing estate. The place smells of aromatic coffee upon entering which I love. Starbucks is the best coffee joint for me because of their consistency in quality. Their food is tasty too with plain bagel with cream cheese being my favourite. I really like their Pure Matcha Latte too. Their staff members are their gem. They are always patient, warm and friendly. They know how to treat their customer. Once, I ordered something wrongly. Upon knowing, the staff offered to change it for me without charge. Through this incident, Starbucks might have incurred a loss of a cup of drink. However, their goodwill has won the heart of a customer in me. Their staffs served with a warm disposition and a broad smile. This great service applies not only to one staff but to almost all the staffs at the Admiralty branch. Kudos to you, Admiralty branch. Thumbs up !

Walk-in service is better than online order; regardless using Grab or Starbucks own apps. Their staffs never checked if the online orders came in or printer jammed or no paper. Staffs also never apologize for overlooking orders and give impression the faults are at customers for adding more new orders even though customers queue up in stall at counter while awaiting for the earlier order that was delays.

Store staff refused to sell pastries and cakes available in store and claimed that items are only for sale tomorrow. If displayed items are not meant for sale during operating hours, replenishment should only be done after operating hours, where there are no customers in store, so that no confusion & unpleasant experience caused. And, the claimed birthday cake was being charged by the same store staff. Doubtful on the service standards & integrity. Am pretty disappointed with the service. *Refer photos attached showing the availability of items.

This is a small outlet. Quiet with limited seating but l enjoy this outlet for the quietness. Patrons here are usually student and family. The small side bar counter added an unique ambiance, behind the pillar. One or two staffs are extremely attentive and patient. Kudos to them.
