When I call there is no proper explanation.
I won't recommend to anyone.
Better don't go to starhub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid starhub at all costs. You will be kept waiting on the line for at least 20 minutes. Incurring large mobile fees. All I want to do is recontract three accounts. Web site can not process customers who pay MORE MONEY for MULTIPLE SUBSRIPTIONS. Hey! You have to queue to cancel yoir accounts. It would be more equitable to allow expired contracts to lapse and self cancel the put citizens through such hell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out, prepaid mobile user! You should never let your account expired or your money will be gone. No grace period, no room for mistake, no mercy for customer.
I've been using Starhub prepaid mobile service for more than 15years. Recently I've forgotten to top up my card on the expiry date. It was a busy day for me. I realised that and quickly did it first thing on the next morning. Guess what? My $200ish balance gone.
I spent 1hr to find a number to call to speak to someone and request for help. And they sent me an email to say they can't do anything. So I guess they don't value customer like me who only do a top up every 180 days. Probably that's their way of making money from low user like me.
I wish to give them zero star if I could. I really don't understand how could a company who doesn't place customer service as her priority and penalised them for just one mistake in 15 years could be one of the leading Singapore telecom companies.
