Why? No clue.
This provider is making it so difficult to cancel contracts, and yet it renew the contract without a word of acceptance or notification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to Starhub Funan at 7:20 pm today. But the lady who assisted me was not friendly. I wanted to inquire about the mobile plan since my contract is about to finish by July and wanted to get new phone but the lady wasnt approachable and not interested to attend to my queries, she was just sitting down and handed me a chart without explaining it.. the way she answer my questions seems like she doesnt want me there :) so instead of continuing my questions i just stop and went out.. i will never go to this branch anymore :))
