I engaged Startec to renovate my 5 room, resale HDB. Mainly to do up kitchen remodelling, living room cabinets, master bedroom cabinets, and remodelling of both toilets. As it was during the covid time, many ID said the renovation will take 2-3 months. Impressed with Startec's promise of maximum of 2 months, I decided to give a try. The price quoted was reasonable and good thing was the response rate from Ken if anything goes wrong. He will send his workers to quickly fix it. During a renovation, communication is key. Ken and his team (Stanley- carpenter, Alan-electrician, painters, plumbers, tiler) would regularly check in with us measurements and colours before fabricating. His tiler is also very quick and hardworking, within 3 days, the 2 bathrooms and kitchen tiles were all done up! Karen also helped out in giving us advise in terms on funcationality and practicality when we were confused. As for workmanship, overall Startec has done great. We cannot expect renovatiom without hiccups, but most importantly it can be fixed and fixed which makes a customer satisfied. Good job!

Ken and his team did a great job in renovating our unit. He was very responsive and always ready to assist and settle any issues during the renovation. Overall we are very happy with the renovation outcome and the price is reasonable. Thank you, Ken and the Startec team.

Highly Recommend Startec construction for your BTO/Resales renovation! as I’m very satisfied from the planning and coordination from the beginning to the end of the renovation. The final result is 99% satisfaction 1% for nothing is perfect?. A very big Thanks to Ken(manager?), uncle Stanley, Alan, Danny and the Team for doing such a excellent jobs! even though we are very nitpicking, They will tried their best to meet and fulfill your requirements. After handover we had discovered some issue with our piping, so we proceed to give a call to ken and without second thought he quickly arranged someone over to do a check and redo the piping for us. (Unlike 95% of the ID & contractor out there handover thats it end of story) a very +++++ points to your company! Efficiency?? Reasonable price?? Good workmanship?? Update you almost everyday?? After sales??
