★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been with StashAway since 2020. App is well designed an extremely easy to use. Customer service is excellent. Stashaway is still a good platform to begin investing with. Apart from the regular market commentaries, they also provide sound financial planning advice in their written articles. Due to market volatility. All my invest from earn to loss. Especially, KWEB poor performance. all about time i believe SA will do better in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: good customer service, quick response, easy to get money in and out, app is user friendly.
Cons: very poor returns, lost money on investment, response to such returns were met with "you need a longer-term horizon". I could have gotten a better return with a run-of-the-mill bank.

They have a good proposition which they constantly seek to upgrade, both in terms of new product innovations and customer experience.
Their fees are low, they have portfolios to suit all risk levels, and the App is very easy to use.
I would recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great UX and ease of use. Lets you select a risk level which is good for someone who is not experienced in investing. In-app newsletters are good updates about the market events. Now, it is allowing to create custom portfolios as well where user can choose their own funds in the portfolio.

They have good customer service and I am able to check my issue with them via Whatapps easily. However, the returns and performance for the past few months have been quite poor. I hope that StashAway will be able to go through this difficult period and help investors to gain back confidence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ App is easy to use. Customer service is responsive. Financial products are simple for beginners to get started. I have recommended to friends and family.
Return is not good for the last 6 months. Understand the poor market conditions. Hope StashAway can work harder to outperform when market recovers.
Meanwhile, regular updates (once a month) on the market may be useful for the investors to have better understanding of their portfolio performance. The podcast is interesting but it is more on importance of wealth management.
