★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very small development with mechanical parking. No security officer. The common corridors are narrow and doesn't look like a prime property. We noted the poor workmanship of the house during viewing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is annoying issue with water system in this condo (level 4 where I stay) which was reported to the management since August last year but the management is sitting on it! Nothing has been settled!
The water pressure becomes super poor especially during morning when people need to rush to work and nighttime when people are back. Imagine you have to spend an hour in shower every morning... sometimes there is even NO WATER at all for 10 to 20 mins!
The landlord let me move out earlier if I could find a new tenant! I will still move out anyway no matter what. It’s just not worth to live with this type of frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cozy condominium located really close to town and everything important. Prices can be a little steep, but that's with everywhere nearby River valley area. I really like the carpark facility and the convenience that this condo offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely convenient location with amenities, dining options, supermarkets, spas, cinema etc within walking distance. Great excess to public transport on both sides of the road, minutes to Orchard road, Central Business District area, UNESCO Botanical Gardens to name a few. High end Gaggenau, Bosch and Grohe finishing. Prestigious address, efficient layout with gym, pool, bbq, sufficient parking and security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate how convenient this condominium is to many things around the area. Be it food, transportation, or the city. Orchard is simply a short bus ride away, and right outside the condominium, there are many good restaurants, and many more around River Valley. Super happy with the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh clean 6 yo building, I live in it for five months already - no insects observed in the apartment. Mosquitoes around the building are killed well also - they are very rare lonely guests on the balcony.
The apartment plan is amazing, the best suiting 1-2 people, exactly enough space.
I have no poor water pumping
problem mentioned by another reviewer, while living on the 5 floor.
The inner part (facing not the road) is really quiet and it is the first place in Singapore where my sleep is not interrupted.
