I get harassed way too often by their overly persistent salespeople since I live near the MRT. In any case audible is way better on variety of books and (ironically) sales ethics so don't bother with this.

Report on Lacking of Professional Attitude for Storytel Staff (24th September 2021) I’m writing this review as today when I was at Junction 8 near Bishan MRT, I wanted to talk to the Storytel Staff as I want to communicate with them in the right manner. When I want to talk to them, they quickly ignored me when I want to share my Storytel thoughts with them as I know that I am a very huge fan of Storytel. They are also Storytel Brand Ambassadors who are huge fans of Storytel too. I even said Hi to them in a polite manner and they still think that my voice is not heard. I suggest those people to get their ears checked. If they can hear me politely, they could have just responded back to me without hesitation. The Storytel staff that I saw today were 1 man and 3 girls in which I only know Lee Qian Hui who was very pretty among the ladies. There was also another pretty lady with brown hair and wearing light coloured long pants. These staff thinks that I'm invisible when I clearly want to approach them for Storytel information. Like I mentioned previously, the Storytel Staff should be kind and polite to each other at all times and their attitude towards me this time at Junction 8 was extremely bad. I don’t appreciate their attitude towards me. Train your staff brand ambassadors properly please!!!

They are a scam, they just scammed my money from the subscription services, and yet i still keep seeing them promoting their services at the MRT stations. Do not be cheated, do your research before paying any money!!! Do not work for them either, they are always hiring young fresh graduates to do this sales job.

Pls stop deploying your people outside every mrt, mall and bus stop. It’s annoying. Some of us dont even have time to talk to our love one due to work and stuff. Let alone listening a voice reading me a book. Plus it’s stressing me out because some of them don’t take no as the answer.Thank you.

Pressurized my timid friend into taking out her credit card to subscribe their services at the MRT. She was visibly upset and still takes the long route to avoid them even though the incident was a few months ago. This is not the way to market your products.

Worst experience approached by the Malay young girl outside of Tai Seng mrt. She just made me feel uncomfortable and rude.

Please STOP employing “salespeople”to harass innocent commuters in public. Horrible, predatory company… stay away and use Audible instead.

This is my bad experience today at NUH mrt station. They just ignored me and went to someone else without ending the conversation when I said I would consider and get back after my lunch. What rude sales ppl . I had originally wanted to consider but after this I am not gonna consider at all. What a sales tactic. No customer service in mind at all!
