The staff over the phone were extremely helpful and organised, (kept notes from our conversation from weeks ago so there was something to refer to!) the installation guys were also super friendly and helpful. Super good value for money, will recommend them to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the oven and the after-sales support from the team. Feels like an upgrade from my Ariston oven.
Compared to the Ariston:
Pluses: Cast iron grate looks sturdier, easier to clean, oven space is bigger, has a storage space under the oven for spare racks.
Minus: oven rack flexes (not as sturdy as the Ariston racks).
