I bought a pair of spectacle last year October 2016 (Total usage 9 months). The left side of the spectacle hand broke when I removed it from my ears. I went back to Bishan shop to ask for repair. The sales person told me that it is totally my fault that cause the damage. I said it is a pour design, the the hand is just supported by a very thin hand with a insert catch from the lenses. Initially she said I have to pay for the full cost of the frame to replace it. I said I am not happy with it then they reduced the price to $50. I said I will only pay $20 for the cost of repair. The refused to do it. The staff are not professional and after sales service is poor. If I pay for the same frame (with a design problem), it will probably give way again after a short period time. They do not look at customer problem, analyse it and offer a long term solution. They only want to fix the problem and made more money out of their customers and pointing fingers at the customers.
