My company engaged Sturdy Sign for a project to create custom acrylic mobile panel to install and display schools artwork. The staff I found most helpful was Ah Kok, the installation officer, and his colleague, Jashin. Ah Kok performed a miracle and managed to install my shop front sign. Thank goodness. The sales side (the ones you liaise with for your signage) was frankly quite disappointing with their lack of help/advice. Ended up with a sign that was too big and nearly couldn't be installed. Know why? Sturdy Sign didn't go down to my shop to measure the size and to look at the requirements for the signage, and they wouldn't do so unless you ask for it. [Understandable if signs are small ; but LARGE shop front signages that need installation?] No advice given on this end / no SOP to AT LEAST ASK customers if they need on-site measurements/inspection of how the sign is to be installed before payment and confirmation. Customers may not know that they have to give some leeway in terms of dimensions for installation needs. Customers may not know what kind of backing they require for the sign. Customers need advice on this from Sturdy Sign, please. Conclusion: The sales team needs to be more helpful, please.

Signage was well done. It was a very professional experience, from design to installation. Very happy with outcome as we did not want a conventional pillar light and this satisfied our requirements to display the house number as well.
