Had purchased a preloved bag from them in Dec 2020, and sent it for restoration under them. There is no communication/ updates from them, despite them promising it within 10 working days upon order confirmation. The bag was sent back to me the 1st time, with certain parts still having discolouration and had to get them to re-collect the bag. After the re-collect, again no updates and follow-ups from them. Have sent multiple reminders, but have yet to receive any positive feedback. To-date, I have yet to receive my bag back, nor an update on when I am able to. Their lack of communication is regretful, pairing with the absence of thoroughness, I would urge new buyers to re-consider before engaging their services.

I have a Chanel bag on rental and requested for off-boarding as the payout just doesn’t make sense. Request to off-board was put up in Sep 2021 and the agreed SLA is 2-3 months processing. It has been 6 months now and they claimed that they can only return my bag in end Apr 2022. This is ridiculous! Extremely terrible experience. I will never trust them with my bag anymore and caution anyone who is even contemplating!

Asked for a reschedule on my box and received confirmation that the reschedule has been arranged and completed however on the actual day of delivery was notified that delivery can't be done as reschedule was not captured??? Why would there be confirmation on successful reschedule if its not captured. There's massive room for improvement on customer service.

Already having a poor experience even before renting a bag. I was told all IC uploaded needed to be verified and this verification process was going take 1-2 days before I could rent a bag. A bag I wanted to rent was actually available at the point I activated my subscription. They then expressed concern about my long term pass (student pass) that was going to expire in about 5.5 months (asking if I had a plan to renew my pass even though the subscription is a monthly one) and that management needed to review. I told them I would be happy to just cancel my subscription if the validity of my pass was going to be an issue for them. A couple of days later and still no update - the bag I wanted wasn’t available to rent anymore and a couple of other bags I was also considering also became unavailable. So again I told them to not proceed further and just cancel my subscription. I really was happy to go elsewhere at this point. Finally a reply a week later, to say they’re still reviewing the matter and β€œwe’ll send you a message at the soonest time possible”. They’re STILL neither verifying my IC, which means I still cannot rent a bag one week after paying for the subscription NOR letting me cancel the subscription/refunding the subscription fee if they somewhat decided to not accept my IC. I’ve rented a bag from them in December 2019 and the process was a lot smoother than this, maybe also because they used to have a physical store at 313 Somerset. Very disappointed with this experience. Just beware of this potentially happening to you, especially if you’re not a citizen or PR and have a long term pass with an expiry date like I do (even when it’s still more than 5 months away from the date you activate the subscription). Ask and confirm first if they’ll be okay with your IC before paying and activating your subscription. I certainly wouldn’t have activated mine if I knew this would happen.

too many issues with the service. 1. in the app or website stated to use credit or debit card. after subscription unable to rent a bag due to my card had to be credit card. could have mentioned in the web or disabled if customer using debit card. 2. customer service response is very slow, no contact details, ID verification stated 48 hours to verify but after 3 days no response did not reach out customer. used the chatbot since there is no response even though it stated 24 hours service support. it took 2 days to respond after email and message through IG. Asked advice how to update email details because previous email was disabled. no response again. utterly disappointed of the service even it market well in media. doubt I am able to get a refund after my subscription and still not able to rent a bag.

I’ve subscribed the trial to try things out but ended up not wearing the dresses at all as they’re not to my liking - which is fine. But what bothers me is the cancellation process? They kept giving excuses NOT to cancel me and I can only chat via their app which has NO notification so I kept forgetting to reply and then I was charged for a full month again. I then asked for a refund and cancellation which they said cannot be done (???) then what should I do if none of the styles suit me, the styles that I like are never available and I am charged for a service that I’ve never received? Its seriously so tiring just to cancel. I regret even getting trial.

I have been a loyal fan of style theory ever since they have started and even promoted it to many of my friends to sign on. However recently I have been very disappointed with their service and choices of clothes provided. I feel like even after they have made a mistake with my delivery and caused great disappointment of their loyal customer, they did not offer any form of compensation. They could only offer me discounts to stay on and kept threatening me that if I were to stop my subscription my boxes which I paid for would be taken away. I do not take lightly to threats. I paid for the boxes already so why can't I use them... why do I have to stay subscribed and pay more just to use boxes that I already paid for. Makes no sense. Perhaps the retention department of style theory should look into how to better train their staff when handling their own mistakes and also not to use threats when people are already angry. Before you lost more loyal customers.

Love the convenience of the bag being delivered to your doorstep. Love how the Bags are very new and in good condition though the latest ones are often not available. Would be great if you can add more to your collection. Great customer support team - very prompt and quick with their response.
