Great car but terrible service operations. Besides being way overpriced which all dealers are, their sense of urgency and customer satisfaction is appalling. Made an appointment to have an estimate on some body work on my car. Arrived exactly at the appointed time expecting to have someone evaluate the damage and give me an estimate. Waited fifteen minutes and asked the service advisor when someone could give me an estimate and he asked me to wait THREE HOURS!!!! What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait that long. I really like the car but dread going to service.

Pleasant workshop and car sales showroom.

Sales advisors does not seem interested to serve potential buyer. Waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to finally serve me. And the whole place has no customer

Showroom is what you would expect from a bread and butter car. Sufficient for the purpose of being there.

Was waiting with my children while my husband settled the transaction at the Leng Kee Road Subaru showroom. Glad that they have a comfy waiting area with coffee machine, water dispenser and also a kids' corner nearby for the children to stay occupied and not asking nonstop, "can we go yet?" Kids' corner has toys, books, a TV showing #okto channel and some stools plus a rocking horse. The children were occupied and having fun.

With Toa Payoh service centre closed permanently. Subaru should consider opening another new service centre to cater customers staying in North and North East region.

Wonderful service from Mr Timothy. Friendly and attentive. Couldn’t ask for more. 2 thumbs up. Very happy with my car too. Back for first service. Attended by Mr Fadzlea, service manager. Efficient and friendly! Bright and pleasant waiting area. Thank you so much guys! ??
