[New Update on 3 December 2021] Bought a sandwich again from this place and the sandwich is fresh and taste great and the service from the indian lady staff was good and friendly, will buy again if i need a sandwich from Subway??.

โ โ โ โ โ Went down on 2 Feb to the outlet at Bukit Merah to purchase The indian lady was blur on my order. I told her that I want 2 toasties and also a chicken ham sub. She made the toasties and forget about the sub. When I remind her, she wanted to make toasties again. Her attitude was bad. She said :" I ask u, u wan toasties or sub right ?" I had to repeat it twice of my order again that I wanted both.
It wasn't busy and she just like want to rush everything.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely my first and last. We went there at about 830 pm yesterday to dine in. We were told off harshly that their outlet is closed by 9 pm when actually stated on website and outlet that closing time is at 10 pm. Even if you're doing closing earlier, it should at least be 30 minutes in advanced, as your outlet is small.
What triggered us was the way Shini ( one of the crews ) threw the sandwiches, sauces in a very rough and impolite manner, not only to us, but the rest of the customers too. The cashier crew was rude too, when serving us at the payment corner.
Seriously, do not come at this Subway outlet. You're paying for the sandwhich, but the way that they're serving you are very atrocious and pathetic. ?
